Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

- Underwear, swimwear, earrings (hygiene reasons)
- Digital downloads
- Clearance/final sale items
Return Process
- Contact customer service at [email] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the entire order was incorrect or defective).
Exchanges
For exchanges (different size or color), please return the original item and place a new order for faster processing.
Defective or Incorrect Items
